FAQs

1.) When will I receive my Zoom link?

As soon as you sign up. The link will be sent in your confirmation e-mail. You’ll also receive additional class reminders (via email) with the link again. Don’t forget to check your spam box.

2.) What if I can’t make class? Or I forget to attend?

All sessions are recorded. This means, when you book your spot, all participants will be sent a separate Zoom access link to watch the show later on, 24 hrs. after it airs.

3.) Are your sourdough classes bake-along style?

This is optional. If you are a beginner, I recommend viewing only to fully digest all steps and techniques and to take notes. Additionally, there are many “rests” in bread baking; bake-alongs might not be practical for some recipes. It’s up to you.

4.) What if we have questions? Will there be a Q&A?

Yes! At the end of class, we’ll chat. I’ll answer your questions then.

5.) What is your refund policy?

Refunds are not available for live classes.
